Mendelsohn Place is a cooperative Interior Design studio offering resources and office spaces for Interior Designers and related businesses.
Resources
Mendelsohn Place features a large resource library of fabrics, furnishings, flooring, and much more. We believe having these resources at their finger tips allows Interior Designers to work more efficiently ensuring more satisfied clients. In addition, Mendelsohn Place offers a professional environment to meet with clients and provides ample space for presentations.
Designers are welcome to join as Resource Renters to gain access to the resource library and conference room. Click here to apply for membership.
Offices
Mendelsohn Place offers five permanent office spaces available for rent to individual Interior Design firms. As office space renters, Designers are encouraged to participate in the running and maintaining of the cooperative. In addition to the resource library and conference room, Mendelsohn Place provides a shared kitchen and restroom as well as printers and basic office supplies.

Community
Perhaps the greatest value Mendelsohn Place offers to Interior Designers is its community. The collective spaces offer members the opportunity to share resources, contacts and advice as well as a creative environment amongst their peers. Each month, Mendelsohn Place hosts Vendor Meetings in which all participating Designers are invited to a presentation of the latest products from industry representatives and vendors. The members of Mendelsohn Place enjoy socializing outside of business hours and create an atmosphere of support and creativity, promoting lasting relationships and good design.
